Kelsi
Kelsi was the little girl who begged her mom to stop in the skincare aisle at the grocery store because she was genuinely curious. How does this work? What does this do? How does this smell?
That curiosity never went away. After graduating second in her esthetics class in 2014, she became a practicing esthetician, later becoming an esthetics educator teaching other professionals what she'd spent years mastering. Then she found Face Reality's acne methodology, and everything she thought she knew about skin changed.
"Skincare felt like coming home," she says. "Acne was the piece I didn’t realize I’d been missing."
Today Kelsi is a 2x Face Reality Certified Acne Expert, a licensed esthetician, esthetics mentor, and the founder of a skin clinic she's been building since 2020. She is an expert at the puzzle that is clearing acne and will not rest until she figures yours out.

Rachel
Rachel has always had an interest in the beauty industry and grew up spending countless hours watching makeup content creators on YouTube.
She was a cosmetology school drop out, nail tech apprentice and a certified makeup artist all before discovering her passion as a waxing specialist and graduating from esthetics school in 2020.
Now, when she's not at home with her dogs shes in the studio. Her goal is to make you feel comfortable and leave more confident. Everyone who gets waxed with Rachel has heard the line "You're doing amazing Sweetie!"

Barb
Barb has been a licensed esthetician for nearly nine years and she genuinely loves every part of this job. Whether she's giving a facial so relaxing her clients forget what day it is, or getting into a seriously satisfying extraction, she brings the same energy to all of it: thorough, warm, and a little bit hilarious.
She's worked with a wide range of brands over the years and has a knack for finding the products that actually perform. Her biggest skincare advice? Double cleanse. Always!
When she's not in the treatment room, you'll find Barb untying impossible knots, adding to her keychain collection, and being the funniest person in any room she walks into.
